My experience in Switzerland is practical, not theoretical: kitchen leadership in Central Switzerland from 2021 to 2025, plus private multi-day assignments in Crans-Montana, Davos, Mürren and Saas-Fee. I understand the logistics of mountain stays, changing guest numbers and schedules that move with the day.

In Switzerland I cook around the produce, the season and the place. I prioritise ingredients with a clear origin, organic sourcing and responsible producers where available. The foundation remains Mediterranean: few carefully chosen ingredients, technique in service of the product and natural adaptation to each household.
