Data processed and purposes
When you visit the website, technical data needed to deliver and protect it may be processed, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser type and security logs. It is used to deliver the site, keep it operational and prevent abuse.
If you contact Joaquín through WhatsApp or email, the contact details and content you choose to send are processed to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, take steps at your request before a possible contract and, where applicable, manage the booking and service. The availability form prepares the message on your device; this website does not store its content on its own server.
Only after you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4, ID G-NQPGBM880D) processes online identifiers and usage data to understand the website’s general performance. The configured events are availability_open, availability_interaction, click_whatsapp, click_email and generate_lead. These events do not send GA4 your name, email address, telephone number, free-text message, address, allergy or medical information, or any other information entered in the enquiry.
Legal bases
Answering enquiries and preparing or managing a service are based on steps taken at your request before a contract or on performance of the relationship that may arise. Accounting, tax and legal-claim records are processed where required by applicable law. Secure and stable delivery of the website relies, where applicable, on the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. GA4 relies exclusively on your consent.
Consent and browser storage
GA4 is not loaded while no choice has been made or when you reject analytics. Your choice is stored in localStorage under jr_analytics_consent_v1 until you change it or clear browser data. sessionStorage is used during the session to prevent the same enquiry from triggering the generate_lead event twice.
After acceptance, GA4 may create _ga and _ga_* cookies. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the Privacy button. Withdrawal stops future analytics and the website attempts to remove GA4 cookies accessible from its domain; it does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Providers, recipients and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting, content-delivery and security services and may process technical data as a processor. Google provides GA4 only after consent. If you use external links, WhatsApp/Meta, Yahoo Mail and LinkedIn process data under their own policies and according to the service you choose to use.
These providers may process data outside Spain, Switzerland or the European Economic Area. Where relevant, Google and Cloudflare state that they use recognised international-transfer mechanisms, including the EU–US and Swiss–US Data Privacy Frameworks and contractual safeguards. Personal data is not sold.
Retention
Technical data is retained only for as long as needed to operate and protect the website or meet applicable obligations. Enquiries are retained while needed to answer and manage the relationship; if a service is contracted, for the duration of that relationship and the statutory liability periods. It is then deleted or restricted where appropriate.
The consent preference remains until you change it or clear browser storage; sessionStorage ends with the session. GA4 cookies have a default maximum lifetime of two years and their expiry may be refreshed on later visits. User and event data covered by the GA4 retention setting is kept for the period configured in the property, up to fourteen months for a standard property.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and you may withdraw consent without retroactive effect. Send your request to joaquinrodriguezen@yahoo.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate your data. Proof of identity will be requested only where necessary to avoid disclosing data to another person.
Supervisory authorities
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority. In Spain: Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). In Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDÖB).
Automated decisions and changes
No automated decision with legal effects is made and no profile is used to decide on an enquiry or booking. This notice will be updated if the processing, providers or applicable rules change.
